  140. I got these phase errors with my a4000 3640 rev3.1 and my fastlane.  I
  141. got a rom upgrade 5.997 which helped but the biggest help was
  142. discovering that one of the old z2 boards was conflicting with the
  143. Fastlane.  It was my LIVE! video digitizer.  I have had to take that
  144. completely out of my A4000 and then it worked.  If I remember
  145. correctly, re-arranging the order of the boards may have helped in
  146. some combinations too.

  148. I got the rom upgrade when there was a US support division for
  149. Macrosystems.  I am unsure how you would get it now.
